Booking policies
The same policies appear when you book online.
- Confirmation
- You receive a confirmation by text and email as soon as your appointment is booked.
- No payment to book
- Online booking doesn’t require a card. You pay at your visit.
- Cancelling or rescheduling
- Please give at least 24 hours’ notice by calling (702) 744-4477, so we can offer the time to another patient.
- Late cancellations & missed appointments
- Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missing an appointment, may result in a fee.
- Arrival
- New patients, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your intake. Returning patients, please arrive 5 minutes early.
- What to bring
- A photo ID and a list of your current medications.
